Terms of Sale

These terms govern the purchase of digital products (guides, configuration packages, playbooks and PDF bundles) from graphwiz.ai. The seller is Tobias Weiss IT-Services, Einzelunternehmen (see the Imprint for full details). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products, Prices and Delivery

All products are digital goods, delivered as downloads. Prices are shown in euro. No VAT is charged — we operate under the German small-business exemption (§ 19 UStG), so no VAT is shown, collected or remitted on our prices. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery is immediate: the confirmation page shows your download link, a confirmation email repeats it, and every past purchase stays available on the Library page via your email address.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, the law (§ 356 (5) BGB, Art. 16 (m) of the Consumer Rights Directive) allows this right to end early: by completing checkout you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the download starts. The checkout page requires you to accept these terms before payment.

Refunds

Regardless of the above, we operate a 14-day goodwill refund policy: if a product is not what you expected, email spam@tobias-weiss.org within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions, no forms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Licence

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase grants one personal, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence: you may use the included guides, configurations and code in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the product files themselves, in original or lightly modified form. Using a product for a team counts as one licence per seat — contact us for team terms.

Updates

Products carry a version number and a last-updated date, both shown on the product page. Bug-fix updates to a product you own are free. Substantially expanded new editions may be released as separate products.

Support and Fitness for Purpose

Products are documented, versioned and — where applicable — run in production on infrastructure we operate and write about on this site. They are still configurations for your systems: apply them to production at your own risk and keep backups. Support is best-effort via email.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Beyond that, liability for foreseeable damage typical of the product is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for data loss or outages resulting from applying a configuration to your systems.

Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The legal venue is the seller's registered seat, except where consumer law mandates otherwise. Should any clause be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
